  John Kelly, Bridge's Senior Partner, is a respected business leader and accomplished executive. Prior to his work in Executive Education, John was the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Consulting, UK. Here he led the 1000-strong practice through significant growth and record profitability. At Cap Gemini, following the acquisition of E&Y, John designed, launched and ran the Global Innovation and New Service Development Group resulting in significant revenue. In this role, John built a multi-disciplined team across several continents, and was responsible for global learning and development, marketing, and knowledge management.

  John has led many Senior Executive Programmes over the last 5 years. He is widely recognised for his success in business leadership, having delivered radical performance improvement for some of the world's top organisations, and executive development, using innovative approaches to coach and mentor senior management. Prior to consultancy, John was a senior manager at Unilever plc where his responsibilities included strategic business planning, financial control, and general management. John has lived and worked in Europe, the United States, and Asia where he has gained in depth experience in multi-national, multi-cultural business environments.

  Max Mosenthal is a Partner in Bridge Consulting International and a chartered accountant. Max is recognised for his success in business leadership and executive development as he has developed and led consulting practices at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Ernst &Young, and Cap Gemini Ernst &Young and set up joint venture organisations for and with clients. He additionally has over twenty years of business transformation consulting experience on large multinational programmes.

  Jenny Whitener is the Chief Executive of Bridge Consulting International in the US and former Global Director of Learning at Ernst & Young Consulting. With over 22 years of experience, Jenny specializes in leadership development, acceleration workshops, executive coaching & team development, and performance and rewards systems. An innovator in her field, she is known for research based needs analysis, use of acceleration and collaboration tools, active learning techniques in solution designs, experience with psychometric tools, and the linkage of knowledge management, learning and performance & rewards processes to achieve a total performance improvement solution. She also has experience in human resource management in the areas of competency modeling, recruiting and credentialing, performance coaching and management, culture change, organizational effectiveness, communications, and team dynamics. Her business experience includes marketing and sales, strategic planning, outsourcing, operational improvement, and de-Nuevo opportunities.

  Ralph Poole has extensive executive experience managing Executive Education, Knowledge Management, Business Research and consulting projects in global companies. He held senior executive positions in four of the world's premier management consulting and IT consulting firms : Boston Consulting Group, Bain &Company, Ernst &Young LLP, and Capgemini. At Bain he was responsible for business research, knowledge management and learning from Associate Consultant through Partner. At Ernst &Young and Capgemini, he created the Centre for Business Knowledge and, as Chief Knowledge Officer, led the effort to combine Knowledge, Learning and Methods to improve consultant skills, make learning delivery cost effective and to guide the efficient execution of projects. With projects of this magnitude, all of his interventions involve technology implementation and significant change management components. Ralph is an expert at managing change in large geographically dispersed global organisations. In addition, Ralph led new product and service innovation programmes in global companies and now consults and trains on implementing innovation strategies.

  Adam Billing is an experienced consultant and researcher with a strong background in the design and delivery of learning programmes and accelerated solution workshops. He has worked with a wide range of public and private sector clients in the US, UK and Asia leading numerous learning exercises and facilitated group sessions for clients across industries.

  Before joining Bridge, Adam worked at The Institute for Learning at the University of Pittsburgh, a leadership development provider for Education professionals in the United States. Before this, Adam was a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP and later Cap Gemini where he provided management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies in the United States and abroad. Adam has lived and worked in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

  Andy Tedd is a specialist in eLearning strategy and design. He has helped many organisations achieve their learning objectives through innovative online solutions, often as a component of a broader blended learning programme. In addition to eLearning solutions, Andy has designed and led the implementation of on-line collaboration, social networking and other web 2.0 solutions to support innovation. Before joining Bridge, Andy was the Head of eLearning for the BBC.
